RETURNS

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping and customs costs. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, hats, socks, underwear, backpacks, phone cases, and any other item that state it's a final sale on the product page. 

If you are having any issues with this or would like to return an item, please email GramMerchServices@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email GramMerchServices@gmail.com  and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item in well lit flat surface.
